 The Emmaus House Food Bank is operated by four churches, namely: The Basilica of St. John the Baptist, The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, St. Michael and All Angels, and St. Thomas’.
Emmaus House is located behind The Basilica of St. John the Baptist – next door to St. Bonaventure’s School – across from The Rooms. Volunteers from each of the parishes staff Emmaus House Monday to Friday afternoons.
Each parish also assists with this ministry with the donations of food and contributions of money on a regular basis.
Emmaus House is one of several food banks served by Community Food Sharing.
