Confirmation is an important step in mature Christian discipleship, when followers of Jesus take on full responsibility for their own faith walk with the Lord. It is a time when people can unashamedly confess before the world, with the Church, that they want to follow Christ with all of their heart and mind and strength. It is a time when the Church can gather and pray for those to be confirmed by the bishop (as representative of the apostles) and reaffirm their intention to stand by them as the Body of Christ and Faily of God.

Confirmation for 2012 will be held on November 18 @ 10:30am with Bishop Cy Pitman presiding. Confirmation classes begin in September.
