Challenging Lifestyle is a 6 week DVD format course with talks given by Nicky Gumbel (originator of the Alpha course) that are based on Jesus' radical teaching given in the Sermon on the Mount and suggests way in which we can apply this teaching in our own lives. Topics include: How to find the secret of happiness, How to change the world around you, How to understand the Old Testament, How to handle anger, How to approach sex in the 21st century, How to respond to divorce.
